Fort Cobb Reservoir
One of western Oklahoma's most popular recreational attractions, Fort Cobb Reservoir provides more than 2,000 acres of water surface for enjoyment. Recreation at the lake includes sightseeing, picnicking, camping, swimming, boating, fishing, hunting, golf and water skiing. The lake is visited by approximately 250,000 people each year. Fort Cobb Public Hunting Area lies northwest of the lake and consists of approximately 3,500 acres of rangeland and abandoned fields overgrown with blackjack thickets. Game species include quail, rabbit, squirrel, dove, deer and turkey. The area also includes the world's largest crow roost, attracting crow hunters nationwide. Additional facilities offer an enclosed fishing dock, marina and playground. Shoreline length is 45miles. Current Lake Level
Fishing Opportunities: Bass, Saugeye, Crappie, Catfish and Hybrid Stripers are found in Ft. Cobb lake
